Agreement of Services and Commissions process and workflow.

Please read before continueing commissioning me. Commissioning me will be in contract agreeance to my terms and services listed below. You will be asked to review this before I start as well.When you put in a commission I will contact you by Email.
Emails help me not loose your commission from other messages from social media or handles I rather keep private. Emails also don't limit file sizes which is important for future works where I may open up to Model commissions, animations, or other art digital works that may have a lot of file transferring. You can also never loose what I sent you unless you loose your email and even then because we share a Email Conversation I can easily help you retrieve your commission pieces if you ever loose access to them.Once I communicate with you I will ask for references, and information regarding to the piece you want. I express to know what you do want and have references for what you want.Once I have the information I will start sketching. Sketches will have watermarks and not look very clean but only use to convey possible changes you may want before I start. At this stage no payments will happen, my watermark will cover all sketches and no pieces are offically yours and will not be allowed to be conveyed so otherwise.Payment only happens once we land on a sketch you like to continue. Once paid there will be no refunds, unless I closed the commission due to complicationsat this time I can also deny a commission if I feel like what you want can not be achieved with my current skill level of art.During the payment phase we have established what you want conveyed in the sketch. No more changes can be made to poses or layout. Only changes that will be present later is color changes. So please be honest about the sketches beforehand and don't be afraid to cancel if you feel like I'm not getting what you wantAll process images after payment will belong to you for private uses only. If you plan to use art for commercial uses you must state as by default to agreement they are private use only. Depending on use of pictures and work they may have an upcharge for commerical uses or confirmation of credit give if used for social media reasonings.I will be communicating through the emails about process and choices you may want for your piece until it is done.All payments are done only from PayPal and nothing else.Scammers will be posted on a blacklisted and shared to other artist.Summary of Tos:-Communication by email
-don't pay till Sketches are done and agreed upon. Sketches are own by me and can not be used past conveying changes.
-All pieces are Private use unless stated otherwise.
-Payment is through PayPal only
-No refunds unless I experience complications that prevent me from finishing the piece.
-Scammers will be blacklisted
-By continuing your commission with me you are in agreeance with the terms of service.
